Dear Readers,
It's easier for me to write 400 pages about a fictional woman than one paragraph about myself, but I'm told that a short bio is appropriate for this web page, so here goes: I live in Elk Grove, California, and I'm an attorney for the state. I have two wonderful children — a son and a daughter — and a great husband who misses me very much, since he rarely gets to spend any 'quality' time with me since I started writing the Happily Ever After series for Ballad. I'm a born escapist, and as you know, romance is the best escape route available these days. I've written time-travels and paranormals; romantic comedy; and of course, historicals.
